Designed for safe, effective use underwater, the Cox Submarine Bolt Driver can instantly, and without any previous preparation of the plate, drive special steel alloy threaded bolts into steel plate up to 17mm thick. The tool is easily handled, will operate at any depth to which a diver can descend and performs without recoil to the operator. The tool can make holes with diameter up to 18mm.
